A non-technical (though unmaintained) trail leads you to a spacious summit area with multiple campsites. And oh, the views.
The sprawling Inspiration Glacier crawls all the way up to Eldo’s summit from the eastern aspect, giving it a veiled appearance that distinguishes it from all the other peaks in the North Cascades.
The famous knife-edge summit ridge can be seen at the very top of the peak in this photo, which was taken from the nearby Sahale Peak.
